Youth Program - Young Israel of White Plains

Welcome to the Young Israel of White Plains Youth Program!

Our Youth Department is hard at work to make our shul a fun and vibrant (but structured and educational) place for our children.

Sponsorship:  Running youth programs requires funding, only some of which comes from private donors and the shul’s general budget.  If you would like to sponsor one or more youth programs, please visit our "Youth Sponsorship" page.

What Does the Youth Committee Do?  The Board adopted a Youth Committee Charter which is designed to take the guess-work out of who is responsible for doing what when it comes to our children.  If you would like to read our Youth Committee charter, please click on the following link:  YIWP_Youth_Committee_Charter.pdf

Shabbat Groups:  We have Shabbat groups every Shabbat, led by our Youth Director, Yosef Katz, and our other group leaders.  Please see the schedule of the Shabbat Morning Youth Programming posted throughout the shul.  We know the kids will love the groups!

Upcoming Events:  We are continuously planning events for kids of all ages, from baby-hood through the teen years.  Please see the schedule of upcoming events posted under "Upcoming Youth Events" for more details.
